Veterinary teams and clients across the country have been highly affected by the pandemic in many respects. One that we particularly notice is the amount of time our clients are waiting per visit. In order to help alleviate these long wait times and to help eliminate our veterinary staff’s fatigue, we have made the decision to make a slight change in our service hours.
Monday through Friday we are open until 6pm for simple procedures, food pick ups, and other administrative tasks. We advise you to visit us as early as possible in the day to ensure your pet is seen. After 3pm medically urgent cases will be taken in on a case-by-case basis to ensure our doctors have enough time to allocate to each patient. You are more than welcome to call before heading over and see if we’re still signing-in patients.
Saturdays and Sundays, we will no longer see medical cases after 3 pm. We will continue to accept vaccinations, anal gland expressions, laser treatments, nail trims, and other simple procedures until 4:30 pm. Patients will no longer be able to sign-in after 4:30pm.
We hope this helps everyone be seen in a timelier manner and thank each and every one of you for your continued support as we strive to improve the lives of pets and people!
