Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: No, we are strictly a walk-in clinic. The only appointments we make are for grooming and surgeries – surgeries require consultation prior to scheduling.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open 7 days a week for your convenience.
Monday – Friday: 8am to 6pm, Saturday: 8am to 5pm, Sunday: 10am to 5pm.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 3370 Wedgewood Dr in El Paso, Texas. Right behind the big Circle K on Montana between McRae and Yarborough.

Q: Do offer payment plans?
A: We do not offer payment plans. We do accept CareCredit and Scratch Pay to help with the cost of your pet’s medical costs. Please visit their website for more information.

Q: How do I transfer my pets records from a previous clinic?
A: Simply call your previous vet and have medical records faxed or emailed to our office. Should you have copies, you are welcome to drop them by our office. Records can be faxed to (915) 593 6248 or emailed to info.eepah “@” gmail.com. (link removed to avoid spammers – sorry!)

Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, tap to pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
